    I had another company come out to check on my ac unit that was not working and the service guy said my compressor was gone and it needed to be replaced or get an entirely new system. Joe came out to quote on a new system, but did his due diligence first and discovered a simple faulty wire chewed by a rat. He didn’t take the other guys word for it or try to sell me a whole new unit right off the bat. My unit is old and will need to be replaced before too long and I’m pretty sure this is the company that has earned that business. Thank you Joe for your honesty and professionalism.
