Our process is relatively simple. First, your gas line will be permitted and inspected by the city of Dallas. If there is a leak at the riser or transition fitting on your gas line, we may be able to make a gas line repair. If the gas line is steel and rusted, it will need to be completely replaced. Once we complete our repair or replacement process and your gas line is functioning at optimal capacity, they will be turned back on by ATMOS Energy.
